Welcome to the Pumpkin Patch
The pumpkin patch is a place where you can get your writers mind working. There are some fun ideas to kick start your brain, and hopefully you'll be able to share your stories with me and the rest of the world.
Here's something you can do to help you start a story.Look down at the bottom of the page. There are some pictures I took on a trip to Tucson Arizona. Pick your favorite picture and really look at it. Then write down five words that pop into your head. Don't worry what the words are just write them down. Use those five words make a story about the picture.
OR
One of my favorite things to do is look at the picture and pretend you are something in that picture. What is the bird on the cactus thinking? What is the cactus thinking? What if you were the motorcycle in the picture? Or maybe you're a fish in the lake. Go wild and have fun . Best of all there is no right or wrong way to do it!
